PTFA - Financial Assistance  




A feature of the St Peter's College PTFA is that we provide financial assistance to students and teams who represent our school.  The funding for this assistance comes primarily from the school fair and its associated raffle.

To be eligible for PTFA financial assistance, students and teams are required to complete funding application form.  

The funding application form outlines the criteria and rules associated with PTFA funding.  The funding application form are avalibale by request from the school office.

Please note:
  • A parent/guardian/caregiver signature is required. 
  • The decision of the PTFA to supply funding is entirely the decision of the committee at the time of application and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • Funding is to be apportioned on application by the PTFA Committee. The maximum level of funding will be reviewed from time to time at the discretion of the PTFA. 
  • In the case of a team each individual must fill out a separate application form. All captains or leaders to staple all team members forms together before handing in the team application, along with a covering letter, which will include all team members names
