The Netball South Player Performance programme for 2016 will be kicking on in March. This programme is the pathway for players in the South Zone from U15 through to Senior to be selected, develop and ultimately gain selection into Steel Development in the future. The programme runs over 2-3 months and allows the players to gain access to support services to help with development. These services include:

-          Fitness sessions

-          Strength and Conditioning

-          Nutrition

-          Mental skills

-          Skill Development 

Congratulations to the following students who have been selected for this wonderful opportunity. Pictured from left below: Ella Brown (Year 13), April Perkins (Year 12),  Katie Reed (Year 11), Harriett Cuttance (Year 9) . Also a huge congratulations to our Senior A Coach Dana Bond who also has been selected for the Performance Coach programme. 

This programme is essential to any player with talent who wants to develop their skills to play at higher levels (Senior A, Representative Teams or National Teams) and aspire to play for Southern Steel!!
