Every year on the 25th of April, New Zealand remembers those who have fought and fallen for our country. This year on behalf of St Peter’s Head students Morgan Pearce and Eilish Cameron attended the dawn parade. Eilish proudly wore her Grandfather’s medals as they marched alongside local veterans, carried the New Zealand flag and lay a wreath during the memorial service. There was a large crowd and it was great to see many St Peter’s students paying their respects. The service was a timely reminder to reflect and appreciate the sacrifices that young men gave with their lives.
