The St Peters playground was constructed in 2012 at a cost of $56,000, the project being made possible through grants received, a BOT loan, and PTFA fundraising. It is a significant asset for the school that will be available for many generations of St Peters students to enjoy. It is a tribute to the community spirit that we have where fundraising efforts and contributions over two years have been put to good use in a very practical way.
We appreciate the assistance we have had from the Southland Community Trust, Solid Energy, The Dolamore Trust Board, New World, Gore Town and Country Club, in the form of grants.
For the current list of PTFA fundraising projects, see the Financial Assistance page.
