SPC Athletics Day 2024

SPC Athletics were held on Wednesday 21st February, with some excellent results coming through. Thank you to everyone who helped out on the day. Some great House spirit was demonstrated, especially in the Tug of War. House points are allocated for placings and participation.

• Under 15 Boys 800m Record of 2.21mins held by E Friend (2020) broken by
Max McGregor, running it in 2.19mins.
• Under 15 Boys 1500m Record of 5.08mins held by E Friend (2020) broken by
Max McGregor, running it in 4.53mins.
• Under 16 Girls 1500m Record of 5.27mins held by S Shallard (2019) broken by
Millie McFadzien, running it in 5.13mins.
• Under 16 Girls 3000m Record of 12.15mins held by S Shallard (2019) broken by
Millie McFadzien, running 11.08mins.
• Under 16 Girls High Jump Record of 1.55m held by J O’Neill (2006) broken by
Ava Wiegersma, jumping 1.56m.
• Under 16 Girls Discus Record of 25.80m held by A Weir (2006) broken by
Ava Wiegersma, throwing 26.21m.
• Under 12 Girls Long Jump Record of 4.01m held by C George (2010) broken by
Kate Hicks, jumping 4.19m.
