Dr Kate Niederer is an experienced gifted education researcher, lecturer and practitioner. She has worked at all levels in gifted education, from specialist teaching of gifted children to involvement in policy making and national level research. Kate was the Assistant Director at the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth at Warwick University. She oversaw professional development in gifted education for 21,0000 primary schools and worked closely with the Ministry for Children, Youth and Families to deliver tailor made resources in gifted education to schools across England.
