This Wednesday is Catholic Schools’ Day. It is an opportunity to celebrate who we are and what we stand for.

The theme is ‘Nga Taonga – Living the Treasure’

HOW will we celebrate?

  • Liturgy at 8:45am in the College Hall (all welcome)
  • Senior students join St Mary’s at the Blessed Sacrament Parish 11:00am for Mass (all welcome)
  • Senior students enjoy a shared lunch with St Mary’s students and lead games
  • Quiz for St Peter’s students

WHAT are celebrating?

  • We have been here a while- first Catholic School established 1841
  • There are a few of us - 65,000 plus students
  • We are multicultural - 45% of students are non - Pakeha
  • We exist because of Jesus Christ - educating the whole person for leadership and service in the community - The Common Good
  • We strive for excellence and right relationships

We warmly invite our school community to be part of the Liturgy and Mass celebrations this Wednesday.
