For the 2nd year, St Peter’s entered a team in the Three Rivers Tournament for Girls Football which was held at Menzies College on Sunday, 2nd and Monday, 3rd  August.

Once again we were delighted with how the St Peter’s players stepped up as a team once on the pitch. The behaviour was also recognised by the officials, and as a result we were jointly (awarded along with Menzies B), the Walkers Mowers Best & Fairest Team trophy for 2015.

Thanks to Carl Lambert and Menzies College for their great Tournament organisation and hosting.  A huge thank your to Ian Baker for coaching, Mrs Pinckney for helping with our organisation and her support, plus all the other parents who came and supported the girls.

Krystella Baker was named Player of the Match by the Tournament organisers for our final game, and we were delighted with the skills and effort of all the players. Special thanks to Stina Patkzer, a new St Peter’s International Student who, with only a couple of weeks in the country, was a great team player and a rock solid player in defence.
