A letter will be issued to students later in the Term.

If for any reason you do not receive one you can get a spare from Mr Kotkamp or the Main Office.

8SW – Wednesday, 31st August – Saturday, 3rd September (Mr Kotkamp and TBC)

8EM - Sunday, 28th August – Wednesday, 31st August (Mr Kotkamp and Mrs Thompson)

Classes will be leaving the College at 8.15am and will be arriving back at approximately 3pm.

If there are any students that can not make the set dates it is very important that you contact Mr Kotkamp or the Main Office ASAP.

Cost: To date the approximate cost will be $260. This is due by Friday, 12th August, unless prior arrangements have been made with Mrs Andrews.  The school is able to accept part payment at any time.

The weather is often wet and cold at Deep Cove and the students need to be equipped to dress warmly as all of the activities are outdoors and will go ahead regardless of the weather.  Inadequate clothing presents a safety risk to the child and the group as a whole. It is therefore very important that parents ensure their child is equipped with the appropriate gear/clothes for this type of environment. A comprehensive list will go home with the students shortly. If students do not have the correct equipment they will not be going. Any enquiries please don’t hesitate to contact any of the staff going on camp.

Parent Supervision/Helpers:

At this stage we require up to four parent helpers for each group, especially one who is willing to be camp cook. There has been some interest from parents already. However, if you are interested in helping out, could you please let Mr Kotkamp know asap by emailing or writing a brief note about what experience and skills you could bring to the camp (e.g. current 1st Aid, etc.). This needs to be handed into Mr Kotkamp or the Main Office by Monday, 24th June, at the latest.

An additional notice with medical and consent forms, detailed equipment list and confirmed times and cost will be sent out later in the term.  Any questions please phone 208 9060 ext: 744.
