Great course for holiday/part time work and for those seeking extra units.

An introduction to foundation barista skills and the history of coffee. In this course students will learn how to use a commercial espresso machine and standard industry techniques.

Unit 17284 Demonstrate knowledge of coffee orgin and production L3 C3

Unit 17285 Demonstrate knowledge of commercial espresso equipment and prepare espresso beverages under supervision L2 C4

Venue: Invercargill Civic Theatre

Start date: Saturday, 18th November, 9am

End date: Sunday, 19th November, 3pm

Cost: $250 + GST pp

Please let Mrs Young know ASAP as the school will subsidise this course $100.
