Year 13 Cardrona Ski and Snowboard Trip

Posted Friday August 8, 2025

Our Year 13 class of 24 students headed up to the stunning slopes of Cardrona for a two-day skiing and snowboarding adventure. Blessed with great weather, the conditions were ideal for both beginners and experienced snow-goers to make the most of their time on the mountain.

For many students, it was their first time experiencing the snow. With lessons available and plenty of encouragement from peers, there was a fantastic sense of teamwork, growth, and shared laughter as everyone took on the challenges of the slopes.

The trip was not only a great opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy the outdoors, but also a memorable way for our Year 13s to bond as they head into their final months of school. A big thank you to Mr Terry, Miss Cowan and Mrs Conlan who supported the trip and helped make it such a success.

Overall, the Cardrona trip was a highlight of the year – a fun, active, and rewarding experience that students won’t soon forget.
