The Year 11, 12 and 13 Foods students were treated to a cooking class of making Okonomiyaki Japanese savoury pancakes with Sora ( Year 11) and Ryohei ( Year 12 ), our Japanese students. The traditional pancakes included a favourite topping of fish and seaweed flakes along with Kewpie mayonnaise and Okonomiyaki sauce. They were thoroughly enjoyed by all!
Yuki ( Year 9 ) has been enjoying rugby practise with the Under 15 tournament team. On Tuesday he got to play against Blue Mountain College. What a great experience for Yuki before he returns home to Japan this week.
